• Bronze - $100.00 will purchase one large book case with doors and latches for securing books from insects and other tropical critters that love to eat paper and glue.
• Silver - $250.00 will begin one classroom library with various picture books, chapter books, nonfiction and poetry.
• Gold - $350.00 adds a section to the Book Mobile of Santa Cruz, Ometepe, Nicaragua
• Platinum - $3,500.00 establishes a school library stocked with a lending collection of textbook/research materials.
• Diamond - $5,000.00 establishes a school library stocked with a lending collection of textbook/research materials and begins the fiction collection.

"Stock the Library/Lab Campaign"

TALICA is currently holding a "Stock the Library/Lab Campaign."

Currently, this campaign is dedicated to stocking community and school libraries in Nicaragua.  Unfortunately, many students do not have resources to purchase the most basic supplies.  This campaign will help stock libraries and labs with the necessary books and supplies to ensure all students have an opportunity to participate in the educational system.  Our partnered schools in Nicaragua are in need of textbooks and reference materials published locally in their respective country.  Your monetary donations are most appropriate. We bring donated money to purchase materials along side local teachers and administrators.  TALICA purchases books in local Nicaraguan bookstores and markets to support local economies. Items below are examples of materials we purchase. We also accept items and personally deliver them to the school. You may send any items to our home address stated to the left.
