The Community Library of Santa Cruz

The Community Library began as a mobile library aptly named the Book Mobile. Philip Owens, a friend of TALICA, would drive his truck from place to place with the collection of books in the back of his truck. With the construction of the Community Library, the community of Santa Cruz now has a central location to promote literacy and the spread of education.
