TALICA is proud to introduce our first university scholarship recipient, Wilmor Arce Monjaret. He is a 2010 graduate of Instituto Robert Drew of Merida, Ometepe, Nicaragua. Wilmor is in his freshman studying civil engineering at Universidad Nacional Autónoma Nicaragua (UNAN).
